How to register at COOSC for 2009

Registration and Accounts Information for 2009

Enrolments for 2009 are open to new and returning families.

We urge you to complete your registration as soon as possible to secure the childcare you need. You need to complete and return the following:

• 2009 registration form
• direct debit form for Ezidebit

If you are registering more than one child, you also need to download and complete:

• 2009 additional child registration form

Changes to government reporting requirements. 

Due to new legislation introduced this year, we require all families (whether new or returning) to provide:

• a current Immunisation History Statement (from Medicare)

• a Letter of Assessment for Child Care Benefit from the Family Assistance Office.

Accounting System

The Centre is discontinuing SmartFees to move to a more reliable accounts system that complies with government’s new CCMS (Child Care Management System) requirements. At the end of the holidays all existing direct debit authorities with SmartFees will be cancelled and accounts transferred to QikKids.

Account Payments

Centre users need to complete new direct debit forms to make payments from Term 1, 2009 with the new system – Ezidebit.
 
Permanent Care will be debited a fortnight in advance.

Casual bookings will be debited in the fortnight after the care has been used

PLEASE DO NOT PROCESS ANY FURTHER ONLINE PAYMENTS THROUGH SMARTCENTRAL.

Accounts reporting

QikKids do not have an online parent access. Instead, the system enables COOSC to bulk email statements to parents and carers on a fortnightly basis, thereby ensuring you have frequent updates on fees and debits.
